At first, I really struggled with a format for this that worked but now being a graduate... It was no biggie!
This logbook is an Excel document that you can fill in electronically. After filling out a sheet for a skill, just export it as a PDF and send it to your evaluator.
Please double check your revision number in your paperwork (found at the bottom of each page)! Once purchased and payment is complete, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your logbook as an Excel file.
