I ordered a preorder item, when will it ship?
Any orders that contain a preorder item will NOT ship until the preorder item is in. By purchasing a preorder item, you understand there will be an extended processing time.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
- At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted due to limited inventory.

Processing times are about 2-5 business days though we try to process orders as fast as we can.
*If your order includes any preorder items, processing times are extended. Your order will NOT ship until everything is available. Thank you for understanding.

- USPS First Class Package depends on your location but it usually takes 1-3 business days.*
- USPS Priority Mail is 1-2 business days and is insured if lost or stolen up to $50.*
- UPS Ground is 1-5 days.*
- UPS Next Day & 2nd Day Air are guaranteed.*
- If you'd like faster shipping, please choose the available options at checkout.*
- International shipping takes 7-21 business days.*
- If you need an order sooner, please email me BEFORE ordering.
